Ṛta and Global Stabilization

A simple but profound purpose: to restore stability within human life.

Sat Manav Yoga Ashram exists for a simple but profound purpose: to restore stability within human life. Everything the Ashram does returns to this single aim.

In the classical yogic understanding, the universe is sustained by an underlying order known as Ṛta. When human life aligns with it, clarity, health, cooperation, and peace arise naturally. When that alignment is lost, confusion increases, reactivity multiplies, and conflict becomes common.

Ṛta

The natural order through which life remains balanced and truth becomes visible.

The ancient sages observed that civilizations rise and fall according to how closely human life reflects this deeper order. The work of a Rishi Ashram is to help restore it—not by acting on civilization directly, but by beginning where civilization itself begins: within a single life. The Work of This Ashram follows this thread to its conclusion.

What follows is not a single argument, but ten chapters, each examining one part of how this restoration actually works—from the nature of attention, to the physiology of stability, to the way one steady life affects the people around it. They can be read in the given order, or in whatever order serves what you're trying to understand.
