Spring Navarātri

Celebrating The Divine Feminine

April 15, 2027

What does it take to truly transform a human life?
For nine nights, Navarātri honors Śakti—the power through which life creates, transforms, and awakens. On the tenth day comes Vijayadaśamī: the Day of Victory.

In the Yogic tradition, this victory marks the triumph of the forces that lead toward clarity, knowledge, and liberation over those that keep human life bound. At Sat Manav, we gather on this culminating day for practice, teaching, sacred ceremony, and celebration, with particular attention given to Saṅkalpa—the Yogic practice of conscious resolve.

Guests are invited to turn the meaning of Vijayadaśamī toward their own lives: to recognize what must be transformed and establish a clear intention for what they are ready to carry forward.

YOGIC PRACTICE

Śakti Pradakṣiṇā

Walk Sat Manav’s forest pilgrimage trail in a traditional practice devoted to Śakti, the living power of the Divine. Moving from shrine to shrine, guests encounter meditation, mantra, and sacred imagery as part of a practice undertaken in silence.

SACRED CEREMONY

Kālī Pūjā

Gather for traditional worship of Kālī, one of the great forms of the Divine Mother honored during Navratri. Through mantra, prayer, and ritual offering, the ceremony turns toward her power to cut through what obscures truth and make way for transformation.

CELEBRATION

Traditional Mehndi workshop

Navratri is the celebration of the divine feminine. Come explore one of the oldest art forms from India, used by women for thousands of years. Learn to create beautiful patterns while connecting with a rich tradition of ritual and adornment.
