Autumn Equinox

The Harvest & The Turning Inward

At the Autumn Equinox, we gather at one of the most abundant moments of the year. The gardens and orchards have come to fruition, the forests are beginning their transformation, and day and night meet once again in balance. It is a time to celebrate what the earth has given before the year turns toward winter.

At the heart of this gathering is Mitāhāra—the Yogic practice of conscious nourishment. Surrounded by the abundance of the harvest, guests explore the relationship between food, Prāṇa, and the state of the body and mind, learning how Yoga approaches what we eat, how we eat, and the way nourishment shapes our experience.

The day brings the teaching to life through harvest foods, practice, sacred fire, and celebration—a chance to enjoy the extraordinary abundance of the season while discovering what it means to be truly nourished by it.
